Barbacoa Tacos - Smoked & braised beef, shredded and stuffed into a blue corn tortilla and topped with an earthy chile salsa, diced onion, cilantro and lime.
Migas Tacos & Salsa Verde - A breakfast scramble of eggs, chiles, onions, beans, cheese and fried tortillas. Served in a warm flour tortilla and topped with a scratch made Salsa Verde and grilled nopales.
