All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Barbecue Chicken Salad - Barbecue chicken and grilled corn salad over romaine with barbecue ranch dressing.

Grilled Pork Roulade with Barbecue Peach Compote - Pork loin, butterflied and stuffed with herbs and spices, trussed, grilled and topped with barbecue peach compote.

Grilled Mixed Vegetables - Summer squash, red onion, zucchini, peppers, Brussels sprouts and mushrooms marinated, then grilled on skewers over charcoal.

Pesto Pasta Salad - Chilled pasta salad of orecchiette pasta dressed in pesto, cherry tomatoes and cheese.

Strawberry Short Cake - Shortcake drop biscuits baked on the grill. Macerated fresh strawberries & balsamic. Topped with homemade whipped cream.
