We’ll be cooking up three of our favorite Mexican inspired dishes, and you'll walk away with the knowledge and the recipes to wow your family and friends. As always, show up hungry, as you will have the opportunity to sample all of the foods being prepared.
Short Rib Barbacoa - Beef short ribs braised in a rich stock with veggies and chilis. Finished over direct flame, for just the right amount of char, then shredded and tossed in the rich sauce created during the braising process. Served in a corn tortilla with fresh onion, cilantro and lime.
Carne Asada Nachos - Fried corn chips smothered in grilled skirt steak, black beans, pico de Gallo, cheeses and avocado crema.
Smoked Pork Tacos with Pineapple Chipotle Salsa - Smoked pulled pork on a cheesy flour tortilla with fresh pineapple chipotle salsa.
