All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Creamed Spinach Dip with Focaccia Breadsticks - Hot & cheesy spinach dip with our house-made focaccia breadsticks.

Grilled Cornish Game Hen, Creamy Sweet Potatoes & Comeback Sauce - Small spatchcocked grilled chickens with a sweet glaze and aioli based tangy Comeback sauce on a bed of creamy sweet potato puree.

Grilled Asparagus in Mustard Vinaigrette - Char kissed tender asparagus finished in a bright mustard vinaigrette.

Grilled Lemon Curd Pavlova - Sweet meringue baked on the grill and topped with grilled lemon curd and blueberry compote.
