All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Arancini with Pesto Aioli - Creamy, cheesy risotto rice, rolled into balls, breaded and grilled until crispy on the surface and creamy inside. Served with a bright and creamy pesto aioli.

Smoked Pork Ragu with Grilled Polenta - Pork shoulder slathered in Italian herbs and spices and smoked on the grill, then braised in a tomato sauce until fall apart tender. The pork ragu will be served over a grilled wedge of polenta.

Bacon Wrapped Grilled Green Beans - Green beans in a garlicky marinade, wrapped in bacon and cooked on the grill. 

Tiramisu - Layers of espresso soaked lady fingers and whipped mascarpone cream with marsala wine, dusted with cocoa powder.
