All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Pork Rillettes - Pork Belly & Shoulder cubed and braised in pork fat until fall apart tender. Served with toasted bread, mustard and pickles.

Smoked Garlic Sausage with Pomegranate Balsamic Drizzle - House made sausage with a sweet and tangy glaze, served over wild rice.

Grilled Baby Bok Choy - marinated then kissed with char on the grill.

Coconut Panna Cotta with Grilled Pineapple Compote - An Italian style pudding featuring tropical flavors.
