Class Menu

Bacon Sweet Potato Skillet - Sliced sweet potatoes, sweet onions and herbs cooked in cast iron and topped with bacon.

Brussels Sprouts Gratin - Brussels sprouts cooked in a cheesy, creamy sauce and topped with breadcrumbs and parmesan.

Pear & Ginger Upside Down Cake - A dark, rich, ginger molasses cake with sliced pears and apricot glaze.

Maple Pumpkin Tart Brûlée with Bourbon Whipped Cream - Pumpkin filling in a tart shell, with all of your favorite holiday spices. Finished with a crunchy brûlée topping and bourbon whipped cream. Pumpkin pie, elevated.
