Class Menu

Pulled Pork Split Pea Soup - Rich, creamy split pea soup. Packed full of the smoky, savory flavor of cherry and pecan smoked pork. Topped with crispy fried pork and garlic creme fraiche.

Herb Butter Roasted Turkey Breasts with Cranberry Gastrique - Brined and injected with herb infused butter for the juiciest white meat. Smoke-roasted on the grill. Served with a sweet and tangy cranberry gastrique sauce.

Bacon Jam Brussels Sprouts - Have some bacon with your greens. Just the right balance of sweet and salty.

Garlic Smashed Potatoes with Turkey Gravy
