All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Scallops on a bed of baby arugula with green onion infused coconut oil, topped with chili garlic crema and pickled veggies.

Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Peach Chutney - Skewered pork tenderloin medallions grilled and topped with a sweet and tangy peach chutney, served on a bed of herb roasted potatoes.

Citrus Fennel Salad - Thin shaved fennel and a variety of segmented oranges tossed in a Champagne vinaigrette.

Blueberry Lemon Upside Down Cake - Bright and tangy lemon upside down cake with fresh blueberries and a sweet whipped cream topping.
