All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Couscous Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette - Grilled steak & squash tossed in Israeli couscous, fresh herbs and tomatoes and coated with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.

Smoked Pork Belly with Grilled Pineapple Pico - Chile marinated pork belly smoked until fork tender, sliced to serve and topped with charred pineapple pico salsa.

Grilled Corn on the Cob & Herb Roasted Potatoes

Grilled Watermelon Granita with Bourbon Whipped Cream - Grilled slices of watermelon blended down into a puree with lime juice and mint. The mixture is scraped while freezing to create a light icy texture. We’ll serve this Summer treat topped with bourbon infused whipped cream.
