All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

This month we welcome Chef Eric Gephart, Director of Culinary Inspiration for Kamado Joe and his Charlston inspired Cork & Fork Dinner on the Grill.

Cornmeal cheddar griddle cake with BBQ bacon burnt ends, drizzled with black pepper honey.

Corn Meal Catfish with house-made Green Goddess dressing.

1685 Hoppin John Carolina purple top field peas with Carolina gold rice pilaf.
