All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Focaccia & Herb Infused Olive Oil - Tender focaccia bread baked on the grill, sliced to serve with an olive oil infused with fresh and dried Italian herbs for dipping.

Reverse Seared Pork Loin with Grilled Portobello Gravy - Whole pork loin first smoked, then seared to finish. Cooked whole to tender juicy perfection and sliced to serve. Topped with a rich sauce of grilled portobello mushrooms and onions.

Grilled Collard Greens - Collard greens first grilled for char, then braised in a rich vegetable stock with smoky pork. The greens are finished with a touch of brown sugar sweetness and apple cider tang. 

Herb Roasted Smashed Potatoes

Cherry Clafoutis - This French dessert consists of cherries smothered in creamy custard, baked in a skillet on the grill. The Clafoutis is finished with a dusting of powered sugar and bourbon infused whipped cream.
