Class Menu

Carnitas - Cubed Boston Butt pork shoulder braised in citrus juices, Mexican spices and vegetable stock until fall apart tender. Served shredded in flour tortillas with queso fresco and pickled jalapeños.

Pork Belly Burnt Ends - Smoky, sweet and salty cubes of pork belly goodness!

Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin - Marinated pork tenderloin wrapped up in bacon and grilled to perfection. Sliced and served with Jalapeño Mustard Aioli.
