All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Pozole Rojo - Grilled pork shoulder and salsa simmered in a broth with hominy until the pork is fall apart tender. Finished with some wonderful garnishes.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Green Bean Chimichurri - Lean, flavor packed pork tenderloin, cooked over high heat, for a nice char topped with a fire roasted tangy Green Bean Chimichurri Sauce.

Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts - Cooked on the grill for just the right texture.

Garlic Smashed Potatoes - herb roasted potatoes are a staple side dish in the All Things Barbecue kitchen, but these Garlic Smashed Potatoes take that concept to the next level!

Chocolate Toffee Slab Pie - Slab pie is a great way to feed a crowd. This sheet pan sized dessert features a crumbly graham cracker crust and gooey chocolate toffee filling, topped with bourbon whipped cream.
