All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Brie & Cranberry Chutney - Wheels of creamy brie cheese warmed on the grill, then topped with a sweet and tangy cranberry chutney served with baguette slices.

Reverse Seared Prime Rib - Prime rib roast slathered in a savory marinade and seasoned with steak rub. First smoked, then seared to finish.

Cavatappi Italiano - Creamy, cheesy cavatappi pasta cooked on the grill, seasoned with classic Italian flavors.

Cranberry Balsamic Glazed Veggies - brussels sprouts, carrots and pearl onions roasted on the grill and finished with a cranberry balsamic glaze.
