Class Menu

Turkey Roulade - Turkey breast and sausage stuffing rolled up tight and roasted on the smoker. Served with herb rich brown gravy. It’s a slice of Thanksgiving Dinner with added style!

Smoked Scalloped Potatoes - Layers of cheesy, creamy, sliced potatoes baked on the grill. Your mashed potatoes just got jealous!

Apple Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Drizzle - Bits of dough dunked in butter, coated in cinnamon and sugar and packed into the bundt pan. It’s baked on the grill and topped with a creamy, festive pumpkin cream cheese drizzle.
