Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - All of the savory, herbaceous flavors of Thanksgiving stuffed into earthy, tender mushroom caps cooked on the grill.

Spatchcock Cornish Hen with Cranberry Gastrique - We’re applying our favorite poultry cooking technique to Cornish Hens. These small broiler chickens have all of the great flavors of full sized chickens, in a smaller package. We’ll serve the hens halved, with a sweet and tangy Cranberry Gastrique sauce, for a dramatic plate presentation that’s sure to impress!

Garlic & Gouda Potato Puree 

Roasted Green Beans - Seasoned green beans roasted on the grill and topped with a crispy crouton crumble.

Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
