All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

BBQ Bacon Burnt Ends BLT Skewers - Skewers loaded up with Smoked BBQ Bacon Burnt Ends, grilled tomatoes and lettuce. A perfect Summer appetizer!

Reverse Seared Tri-tip - Bone Marrow Encrusted Tri-tip roasts, first smoked, then seared, served with paprika rich Hungarian Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables with Chef Eric’s signature steak sauce.

Grilled Chocolate Cobbler - Combining the best of chocolate cake, brownies and cobbler, this southern speciality is built to please a crowd!
