All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Cobb Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette - A mixture of grilled romaine lettuce, chicken breasts, hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon and smoked blue cheese topped with sliced avocado and a sweet and tangy mustard vinaigrette.

Brazilian Picanha Steak with Chimichurri - Picanha is a beautiful cut of beef, prepared simply, that has huge flavor. To accompany the steak we’ll prepare a fire roasted chimichurri sauce.

Marinated Asparagus & Bacon Roasted Potatoes - Aioli soaked asparagus grilled over direct heat for some tasty char, and red potatoes seasoned and roasted in bacon fat and served with bacon and herbs.

Strawberry Marshmallow Galette - Pie dough filled with sweet fresh strawberries, baked on the grill and topped with toasted marshmallow topping.
