All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad - Hot smoked salmon flaked over romaine hearts dressed in our house made Caesar dressing.

Grilled Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin - Beef tenderloin, the cut known for producing the filet mignon, wrapped in bacon and cooked whole on the grill. Finished with a sweet and tangy glaze and sliced to serve, accompanied by grilled whole sweet peppers.

Pancetta Orecchiette Pasta Salad with Grilled Brussels Sprouts - It’s salty, cheesy and rich with a touch of char from the grilled sprouts. A side dish you’ll want to grill all summer long!

Smoked Chocolate Mousse with Bourbon Whipped Cream - Rich and creamy mousse made with cold smoked chocolate, topped with our scratch made bourbon whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
