All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Black Bean, Chorizo & Shredded Chicken Soup - A rich and hearty soup with incredible depth of flavor, thanks to the braised beans and chorizo, filled out with the velvety texture of shredded chicken. 

Dry Aged Reverse Seared Strip Loin with Avocado Buttermilk Dressing and Smashed Potatoes - Whole strip loin that has been dry aged in-house, smoked whole, seared to finish and sliced to serve. The steak will be complimented by a creamy avocado buttermilk dressing and served alongside our ever popular smashed potatoes!

Green Chile & Avocado Smoked Slaw - We’ll start by smoking a garlic and green chile stuffed whole head of cabbage. After soaking up the smoke, we’ll shred the cabbage and toss it all in a creamy avocado dressing.

Mexican Skillet Brownie with Chocolate Ice Cream - A rich dark chocolate brownie with hints of chipotle chile and cinnamon baked to perfection in a cast iron skillet and served topped with creamy chocolate ice cream.
