All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill,” this time with a holiday spin! Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great holiday meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Roasted Garlic & White Bean Soup with bacon - A true winter warmer, a bowl of holiday warmth! Savory, smoky and delicious!

Reverse Seared Beef Tenderloin with Blue Cheese Crema - Most of the time when you see beef tenderloin, it's in the form of individually cut filet mignon steaks. We'll teach you how to take the whole muscle, smoke and sear it on the grill, and slice individually to serve. We'll top it off with a creamy, tangy, house made blue cheese crema.

Potatoes au Gratin - A rich and creamy, cheesy skillet baked potato dish with a crispy topping, so decadant that it's reserved for only the most special holidays.

Roasted Green Beans - Simply prepared, grill roasted green beans. A deceptively easy classic veggie side dish.

Chocolate Pecan Pie with Bourbon Whipped Cream - Pecan pie, a holiday classic, enhanced with rich chocolate and topped with house made bourbon whipped cream.
