All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Pear Salad with Maple Mustard Vinaigrette - Grilled pears, mixed greens, toasted pecans, blue cheese and sweet and tangy maple mustard vinaigrette.

Skillet Crown Meatloaf - An elegant meatloaf unlike any other, made up of a blend of ground beef, pork and chorizo with an array of complimenting flavors ranging from mushrooms to capers to cheeses, all topped with bacon slices and cooked in a crown shape inside a cast iron skillet on the grill!

Sweet Potato Puree & Braised Pork & Collard Greens - A creamy puree of sweet potatoes, seasoned with savory spices accompanied by collard greens that have been braised down with smoked pork, onions and spices.

Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Bars with Bourbon Whipped Cream - A chewy layer of snickerdoodle cookie topped with cinnamon sugar, cheesecake filling and snickerdoodle crumble. Baked on the grill and topped with home made Bourbon Whipped Cream.
