All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Green Goddess Salad - Hearts of romaine lettuce kissed with char on the grill, then diced and tossed with house made Green Goddess dressing. Topped with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and smoked croutons.

Smoked Beef Braciole - Marinated flank steak, stuffed with Italian cheeses, garlic, fresh herbs, breadcrumbs and prosciutto. The steak is rolled around the filling, tied as a roast and smoked. We’ll slice the braciola and top it with our Italiano compound butter.

Bourbon Bacon Mushrooms and Green Beans - Mushrooms and onions cooked down in bourbon and bacon goodness, mixed with grilled green beans and served in their pan sauce.

Herb Roasted Smashed Potatoes - Baby potatoes tossed in garlic olive oil, fresh herbs and roasted on the grill are then smashed and finished with butter and smoked salt.

Smoked Chocolate Hazelnut Semifreddo - A frozen dessert of Italian heritage, combining whipped cream and custard, which in this case is flavored with smoked chocolate and hazelnuts, frozen in loaf form and sliced to serve. we’ll top it all off with a rich hazelnut ganache sauce.
