As the title implies, this class will break down the techniques you'll need to produce award winning ribs and chicken in your backyard and on the competition trail.

We will cover selecting meat, prepping the cuts, seasoning, smoking and saucing so that each layer of flavor does its job perfectly. This class includes hands-on time trimming ribs. No matter your skill level, from beginner to seasoned pro, you will take away valuable lessons from this class.
