All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Crab Cakes with Lemon Caper Aioli - These crab cakes are packed full of flavor! A tender interior, crispy exterior and just a touch of smoke. The tart lemon caper aioli is a perfect compliment, and a condiment you’ll want to use on just about everything!

Marinated Flank Steak and Arugula Herb Salad - Savory flank steak grilled over high heat for a nice char. Sliced thin and served on a bed of fresh baby arugula and herbs dressed with a tangy vinaigrette and lemon garlic compound butter. 

Parmesan Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes - Yukon gold potatoes roasted in duck fat and rosemary until perfectly browned and finished with a coating of parmesan cheese.

Peanut Butter Skillet Brownie - A rich chocolate brownie accompanied by chocolate’s best friend, peanut butter and topped with our ever-popular bourbon whipped cream!
