Class Menu

Grilled Buffalo Wings - Marinated chicken wings cooked on the grill for the smoky goodness that you’ll never get out of a fried wing, AND we’re sharing our recipe for scratch-made buffalo sauce! You can’t have buffalo wings without dipping sauce, so we’ll also feature our creamy blue cheese and buttermilk ranch dressings.

Sriracha BBQ Spatchcock Chicken - First we’ll show off the best way to prepare whole chickens, the spatchcock method. Then we’ll concoct a sriracha butter injection, season and roast the bird on the smoker, and finish with a sweet BBQ sauce. Perfect for sandwiches, over rice or all by itself!

Chicken Stromboli - Homemade pizza dough wrapped around a cheesy chicken filling with Italian herbs and spices. Baked on the grill until golden brown and crispy!
