All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Grilled Chicken Pesto Tortellini Soup with Garlic Bread - A creamy soup loaded with grilled chicken, pesto, spinach, artichoke hearts and tortellini, accompanied by scratch made grilled garlic bread.

Italian Roast Pork Shoulder - Marinated and slathered in garlic, herbs, and spices, smoke roasted and sliced thin. Served on a bed of orzo pasta in a cream sauce with smoked onions and garlic.

Honey Balsamic Brussel Sprouts - Never underestimate the brussel sprout, especially a smoke roasted sprout in a sweet and tangy marinade. Perfectly seasoned. Perfectly tender. 

Lemon Bundt Cake - A rich, dense lemon cake smothered in sweet white icing. It's the palate cleansing sweet ending you’re looking for. Bellissimo!
