All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Charred Tomato Soup - Tomatoes and vegetables charred directly on hot coals, cooked and pureed into a savory tomato soup, garnished with crispy prosciutto.

Grilled Chicken Parmesan - Parmesan and bread crumb crusted chicken breasts cooked on the grill, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, served on a bed of zucchini noodles.

Pesto Stuffed Bell Peppers - Bell peppers stuffed with wild rice, pesto, tomatoes and asiago cheese.

Dark Chocolate Butternut Squash Tartlets - Individual tarts composed of graham cracker crusts, dark chocolate and roasted butternut squash puree, topped with bourbon whipped cream.
