We're taking a break from our traditional competition brisket classes to show you exactly how Andy & Tom would prepare a holiday brisket meal, complete with wines paired specifically for the menu!

Class Menu

Savory Smoked Brisket with Au Jus - This is not your backyard bbq brisket. This savory version of everyone's favorite bbq meat is perfect for any holiday dinner!

Smoke Braised Black Eyed Peas - A New Year's classic, and a legume that just doesn't get enough love! We'll braise these on the grill with smoky pork! You'll be glad to ring in a prosperous new year with a belly full of goodness!

We'll accompany our brisket and black eyed peas with our ever popular herb roasted potatoes and grilled veggies, and of course... WINE!
