Learn the techniques needed to pull off an incredible Thanksgiving inspired dinner prepared on the grill. You'll enjoy the evening with wines specifically paired for your meal by an on site sommelier.

Class Menu

Sweet Potato Soup - Sweet potatoes roasted on the grill then cooked down into a creamy soup with maple bacon chunks and holiday spiced creme fraiche.

Smoke Roasted Turkey Breasts - Marinated turkey breasts wrapped in prosciutto and smoke roasted until perfectly tender and juicy! Served with a turkey gravy made from the smoky drippings.

Balsamic Roasted Holiday Veggies - a medley of roasted winter veggies, pecans and cranberries. A perfect addition to any Thanksgiving dinner plate! 

Herb Roasted Smashed Potatoes - Baby potatoes tossed in garlic olive oil, fresh herbs and roasted on the grill are then smashed and finished with butter and smoked salt.

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Crisp - It's not pie. It’s not cheesecake. It’s not cobbler. It’s all three! And all the apple and caramel goodness you can handle!
