Skillet Bread with Caramelized Onion Beer Cheese Dip - A cast iron skillet filled with dinner rolls and a creamy, cheesy, caramelized onion and cheese dip all baked together on the grill.

Smoked Beef Short Ribs with Horseradish Cream - Smoky, supple, savory beef ribs. We’ll show you how to smoke them to perfection, then top them with a horseradish infused cream sauce.

Loaded Twice Grilled Potatoes - The All Things Barbecue take on a classic potato side, the twice baked potato. Cooked russets, hollowed out and refilled with creamy potato goodness. Topped with bacon and cheese, finished on the grill and topped with sour cream and chives.
