Get ready to add three amazing seafood recipes to your culinary bag of tricks. Three different types of seafood, multiple cooking techniques, and not only will you partake and indulge, but you'll leave with the knowlege needed to pull off these amazing recipes at home!

Grilled Halibut Street Tacos - Tender juicy chunks of grilled Alaskan Halibut, beer braised cabbage and onions topped with chipotle crema, crispy fried cilantro, tortilla strips and salty cotija cheese wrapped up in a small grilled flour tortilla.

Smoked Salmon Chowder - First things first - We’ll teach you how to cure and cold smoke salmon, then turn it into a delicious, creamy chowder with tender potatoes, capers, veggies and more!

Grilled Shrimp & Grits - Breakfast, lunch or dinner, there's no wrong time for shrimp and grits! We'll marinate our shrimp before grilling them on skewers over an open flame. We'll also bring you the tips & techniques needed to pull of the creamiest, tastiest grits you've ever had!
