Buffalo Chicken Slider - Ground chicken burger patty topped with tangy buffalo slaw and house made blue cheese dressing, served on a sweet Hawaiian bun.

Spatchcock Chicken Pesto Alfredo - We’ll share our favorite technique for grilling whole chicken, the spatchcock method. Cooked and seasoned to perfectly compliment a one pot pesto alfredo pasta. This is a delicious variation of everyone’s favorite pasta dish, and it's all prepared on the grill! 

Chicken Spedini - Boneless skinless chicken thighs soaked in a savory citrus marinade, then coated in a cheesy seasoned breading are rolled up, placed on skewers and grilled until a crunchy exterior is formed around the flavorful tender interior.
