All Things BBQ presents “Dinner on the Grill”. Sign up your date, too! This is an opportunity to learn the tricks to prepare a great meal entirely on the grill. In addition, we will have a special guest that will help you through the process of pairing wine with the meal. Couple the learning with a great menu and this will be a dinner to remember.

Class Menu

Smoked Salmon Cake with Poblano Creme Fraiche - Hot smoked salmon mixed with potatoes and aromatics, formed into patties and crisped on the grill. We’ll prepare a fire-roasted poblano creme fraiche sauce from scratch for topping, and serve it all on a bed of dressed baby arugula.

Smoked Beef Tenderloin and Grilled Shrimp - A little surf, a little turf. What a magic combination! We’ll top it all of with some house-made garlic compound butter.

Cheesy Pastry Wrapped Asparagus - Asparagus wrapped in puff pastry that’s been stuffed with creamy cheese and herbs. Baked on the grill until the pastry is golden brown and the asparagus is nice and tender!

Molten Lava Cakes with Ice Cream and Ganache Drizzle - Enjoy your own personal chocolate lava cake with a creamy center, topped with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate ganache sauce.
