We will then cover three different cooking techniques and recipes and show the class how unique toppings and condiments can take an American classic to a new level.

Class Menu

Chorizo Beer Can Burger - A monster half pound beef and chorizo patty is formed around a beer can, wrapped in bacon and stuffed full of Mexican beer braised peppers, onions and garlic. Then topped off with manchego cheese. The whole thing is smoked then served on a sturdy ciabatta bun with guacamole and shredded lettuce.

Diner Style Griddle Burger - Griddle seared beef patties topped with American cheese, caramelized onions, bacon and special sauce on a potato bun.

Lamb Burger with Green Harissa and Feta - Grilled ground lamb burgers with a green harissa sauce, packed full of peppers, cilantro, mint and garlic, along with feta cheese and thin sliced onions wrapped up in pita bread.
