Cajun Beer Steamed Mussels - Bacon, aromatics, tomatoes and cajun rub season the mussels as they braise in beer and butter inside a cast iron dutch oven, right on the grill. Served with sliced baguettes to soak up and that cajun saucy goodness!
Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri - Chile marinated flank steak grilled over direct high heat, for perfect grill marks, then sliced super thin for a tenderness you won’t believe could come from flank steak.
Potato Chile Hash - Diced Yukon Gold potatoes, sweet red peppers, onions and longaniza sausage fried and tossed with cilantro.
Cookie’s ’n Cream Blondies with Vanilla Ice Cream - Everyone’s favorite chocolate sandwich cookie and cookies ’n cream candy bars baked right into a blondie in a cast iron skillet, topped, of course, with vanilla ice cream!
